Installing the Latest Chromium in Ubuntu (with APT)

Use update instead of install chromium-browser if you already have it installed. This will update the previously installed version.

  1. $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chromium-daily/ppa
  2. $ sudo apt-get update
  3. $ sudo apt-get -y install chromium-browser
